Campaign: Free Shell Petrol Voucher

Campaign Period

The coverMi Shell Petrol Voucher Campaign (“Campaign”) is organized by coverMi and runs from 9 September 2026 [00:00:00] GMT+8 to 31 December 2026 [23:59:59] GMT+8, both dates inclusive (“Campaign Period”).

Eligibility & Qualifying Premium

The Campaign is open to customers who purchase an eligible car or motorcycle insurance policy through any coverMi platform, including the coverMi e-Portal and mobile application, during the Campaign Period.
The Campaign is limited to the first 1,000 eligible customers throughout the entire Campaign Period, on a first-come, first-served basis.
Eligibility will be determined based on the date and time of successful payment. Submitting a request quotation, obtaining the quotation or initiating payment does not guarantee eligibility.
To qualify, customers must purchase an eligible insurance policy with a minimum qualifying premium of RM500 in a single transaction.
Premium amounts from multiple policies or separate transactions cannot be combined to meet the minimum qualifying premium or qualify for a higher e-voucher value.
The qualifying premium will be calculated based on the insurance premium paid after applying any discount, voucher or other promotional benefit. SST is excluded from the qualifying premium calculation.

Campaign Reward

Eligible customers will receive a Shell petrol e-voucher based on the following qualifying premium tiers:

The maximum Shell petrol e-voucher value available under this Campaign is RM120 per eligible customer.
Each eligible customer may receive the Campaign reward only once throughout the Campaign Period. Eligibility will be determined based on the customer’s NRIC number, regardless of the number of policies purchased, vehicles insured, accounts registered or transactions completed.

Combining with Other Promotions

This Campaign may be combined with other coverMi promotions, subject to the respective terms and conditions of each promotion. However, the same Shell Petrol Voucher Campaign reward cannot be combined, claimed or received more than once by the same eligible customer.

E-Voucher Delivery

The e-voucher will be delivered to the eligible customer’s registered WhatsApp number by the coverMi Customer Service Team within seven (7) working days after the insurance policy has been successfully issued and the customer’s eligibility has been verified.
Customers are responsible for providing a complete, accurate, and active WhatsApp number. coverMi will not be responsible for any delay or failure in delivering the e-voucher due to incorrect, incomplete, inactive or inaccessible contact information.

E-Voucher Usage

The Shell petrol e-voucher is subject to Shell’s applicable redemption requirements, usage conditions and expiry period. Customers are responsible for reviewing and complying with the terms stated on or provided with the e-voucher.
Expired, used, deleted, lost or incorrectly redeemed e-vouchers will not be replaced or extended by coverMi, unless otherwise determined by coverMi.
The e-voucher cannot be exchanged through coverMi for cash, credit, refunds or any other reward.

Policy Cancellation, Refunds & Adjustments

Policies that are cancelled, voided, refunded, unpaid or not successfully issued will not qualify for the Campaign.
If a policy is cancelled, voided or refunded after the e-voucher has been issued, coverMi reserves the right to cancel the e-voucher or recover its value from the customer.
If a policy adjustment reduces the qualifying premium:
1. below RM500, the customer will no longer be eligible for the Campaign; or
2. to a lower reward tier, coverMi reserves the right to revise the customer’s e-voucher entitlement and recover any excess e-voucher value already issued.

Fraud & Misuse

Any fraudulent activity, false information, duplicate claim, manipulation, misuse or attempt to abuse the Campaign may result in disqualification and the cancellation or recovery of any reward issued.

Personal Data

Customer information may be collected, used and processed by coverMi for purposes including verifying eligibility, administering the Campaign, contacting customers and delivering the e-voucher, in accordance with coverMi’s Privacy Policy and applicable personal data protection requirements.

Disclaimer

Shell is not the organiser, sponsor or administrator of this Campaign and is not responsible for determining customer eligibility or distributing Campaign rewards. All Campaign-related enquiries should be directed to coverMi.

Campaign Availability

The Campaign is subject to e-voucher availability and will end once rewards have been allocated to the first 1,000 eligible customers, even if this occurs before the end of the Campaign Period.

General Terms

coverMi reserves the right to amend, suspend or terminate the Campaign or these Terms & Conditions where reasonably necessary. Any updates will be communicated through coverMi’s official platforms.

Campaign: Merdeka Review Challenge

Campaign Period & Eligibility

The coverMi Merdeka Review Challenge (“Campaign”) is organized by coverMi and runs from 9 September 2026 [00:00:00] GMT+8 to 4 November 2026 [23:59:59] GMT+8, both dates inclusive (“Campaign Period”).
The Campaign is open to eligible coverMi customers who have previously used coverMi’s services and share their genuine coverMi experience during the Campaign Period.

How to Participate

To participate, customers must:
1. create and publish an original short-form video as an Instagram Post or Reel sharing their genuine coverMi experience;
2. tag @covermi.my in the published content; and
3. include all the following Campaign hashtags: #DriveWithCoverMi #LebihJimatLebihBaloi
The participant’s Instagram account and Campaign submission must remain publicly accessible during the relevant weekly draw period and until the participant’s eligibility has been verified.
Entries submitted through private accounts, Instagram Stories, direct messages, comments or other content formats not specified in these Terms & Conditions will not qualify unless otherwise stated by coverMi.

Entries & Weekly Draw Periods

Each valid Campaign submission will earn the participant one (1) entry into the applicable weekly lucky draw.
Eligible entries will be assigned to the relevant weekly lucky draw based on the date and time the content is published. Weekly entry periods and cut-off times will be determined and communicated by coverMi through its official platforms.
Entries submitted after the weekly cut-off will be included in the following weekly draw, provided they are submitted before the end of the Campaign Period. Entries submitted after the Campaign Period will not qualify.

Submission Requirements

Each Campaign submission must:
1. be created and published by the participant;
2. share the participant’s genuine experience with coverMi;
3. be accurate, authentic and not misleading;
4. comply with Instagram’s applicable terms, policies and community guidelines; and
5. comply with all applicable laws and regulations.
Campaign submissions must not contain:
1. offensive, defamatory, discriminatory, obscene, unlawful or inappropriate content;
2. false, misleading or unsubstantiated statements about coverMi or any other party;
3. personal or confidential information belonging to another person;
4. content that infringes any copyright, trademark, privacy, publicity or other third-party right;
5. content that may damage the reputation of coverMi or any other party; or
6. any AI-generated footages or/and content.
Participants are responsible for obtaining all necessary consent and permission from any person appearing in their Campaign submission.
Participants must ensure that any music, images, footage, logos or other materials used in their Campaign submission are properly licensed, permitted for use or available through Instagram’s authorized content library.
Duplicate, copied, automatically generated, misleading or substantially similar submissions may be disqualified.
Content that has been purchased, copied from another creator or submitted on behalf of another person, will not qualify.
coverMi reserves the right to reject or remove any submission that does not comply with these Terms & Conditions without prior notice.

Winners & E-Voucher Rewards

A total of twenty-six (26) winners will be selected from all valid entries received during each weekly draw period. The campaign consists of eight (8) weekly draw periods, as set out in the Campaign Details table, with a total of two hundred and eight (208) e-vouchers to be awarded throughout the campaign.

Each weekly winner will be entitled to select one (1) e-voucher worth RM20 from the following available options:

E-voucher options are subject to availability. If a selected e-voucher becomes unavailable, coverMi reserves the right to offer the winner another available e-voucher of the same or similar value.
Each participant may win only once throughout the entire Campaign Period, regardless of the number of valid entries submitted or weekly draws entered. Eligibility will be determined based on the participant’s NRIC number.
Once a participant has been selected and verified as a winner, all of their remaining entries will be excluded from subsequent weekly draws.

Winner Selection & Announcement

Winners will be selected through a random draw conducted by coverMi from all valid entries received during the applicable weekly draw period.
Weekly winners will be announced through coverMi’s official social media platforms or other official Campaign communications.

Winner Notification & Verification

Winners may also be contacted through Instagram direct message, their registered telephone or WhatsApp number, email address or any other contact information available to coverMi.
Participants are responsible for ensuring that their Instagram account can receive messages from coverMi. coverMi will not be responsible for any inability or delay in contacting a winner due to privacy settings, message restrictions, incorrect information or inaccessible contact details.
Winners must respond to coverMi within three (3) calendar days from the date of the first notification.
Winners may be required to provide their full name, NRIC number, contact information, proof of their coverMi customer relationship and any other information reasonably required to verify their identity and eligibility.
If a winner cannot be contacted, does not respond within three (3) calendar days, fails to provide the requested verification information or does not comply with these Terms & Conditions, the winner will be disqualified and coverMi will select a replacement winner.

E-Voucher Selection & Delivery

Verified winners must confirm their preferred e-voucher option from the available choices provided by coverMi.
The e-voucher will be delivered to the verified winner’s WhatsApp number by the coverMi Customer Service Team within three (3) working days after the winner’s eligibility and e-voucher selection have been confirmed.
Winners are responsible for providing a complete, accurate and active WhatsApp number. coverMi will not be responsible for any delay or failure in delivering the e-voucher due to incorrect, incomplete, inactive or inaccessible contact information.

E-Voucher Usage

E-vouchers are subject to the applicable merchant’s redemption requirements, validity period, usage conditions and expiry date. Winners are responsible for reviewing and complying with the terms stated on or provided with the e-voucher.

E-vouchers are non-transferable, non-refundable and cannot be exchanged through coverMi for cash, credit or any other reward.

This Campaign may be combined with other coverMi promotions, subject to the respective terms and conditions of each promotion. However, the same Campaign submission or reward cannot be duplicated, manipulated or claimed more than once where this is not permitted under the applicable promotion terms.

Content Usage Rights

By participating in the Campaign, participants grant coverMi a non-exclusive, royalty-free right to repost, reproduce, publish, display and share their Campaign submission through coverMi’s website, social media pages, advertisements and other marketing or Campaign-related communications.
Where reasonably required, coverMi may resize, crop, format or make minor edits to the Campaign submission for publication, provided that the original meaning of the submission is not materially changed.
Where applicable, coverMi may credit the participant by displaying their Instagram username, profile name or other publicly available account information together with the reposted content.
Participants acknowledge that they will not receive any additional payment, royalty or compensation for coverMi’s permitted use or reposting of their Campaign submission.
Participants remain responsible for the content of their Campaign submissions and agree to remove or amend any content found to violate these Terms & Conditions or applicable rights when requested by coverMi.

Fraud & Misuse

Any fraudulent activity, false information, impersonation, duplicate account, manipulation, purchased engagement, artificial interaction, misuse or attempt to abuse the Campaign may result in disqualification and the cancellation or recovery of any reward issued.

Disclaimers

The merchants and brands associated with the Campaign e-vouchers are not the organisers, sponsors or administrators of this Campaign unless expressly stated otherwise. All Campaign-related enquiries must be directed to coverMi.
Instagram is not the organiser, sponsor, administrator or endorser of this Campaign. By participating, participants release Instagram from any responsibility or liability arising from the Campaign, to the extent permitted by law.

Personal Data & Winner Announcement

Customer information may be collected, used and processed by coverMi for purposes including verifying eligibility, administering the Campaign, conducting the weekly lucky draws, contacting winners, delivering e-vouchers and reposting winning submissions, in accordance with coverMi’s Privacy Policy and applicable personal data protection requirements.
By accepting a reward, winners agree that coverMi may publish their name, Instagram username, Campaign submission and partially masked identification or contact details through coverMi’s official platforms and Campaign-related communications for winner announcement and promotional purposes.

General Terms

Campaign: Cover Now, Pay Later

About Cover Now Pay Later

The coverMi Cover Now Pay Later facility (“CNPL”) is an instalment payment option available for eligible car insurance, motorcycle insurance and road tax transactions made through applicable coverMi platforms.

Cover Now Pay Later is a Buy Now, Pay Later (BNPL) flexible payment option that allows eligible customers to spread their payments across available instalment plans offered by participating Payment Providers.

CNPL is provided through the following third-party payment providers (“Payment Providers”): Atome
coverMi facilitates the insurance and road tax transaction but does not provide the credit facility, assess the customer’s creditworthiness or make the final approval decision.
All CNPL applications are subject to the eligibility requirements, assessment and approval of the selected Payment Provider. Selecting CNPL or submitting an application does not guarantee approval.

How to Use CNPL

To use CNPL, customers must:
1. obtain an eligible insurance and road tax quotation through coverMi;
2. select CNPL and their preferred Payment Provider at checkout;
3. select an available instalment plan;
4. provide any information or supporting documents requested; and
5. accept the final payment schedule and the selected Payment Provider’s terms and conditions.

Interest, Rates & Charges

CNPL is not entirely interest-free or cost-free across all available plans. Some plans may be offered interest-free, while longer instalment plans may include an instalment rate, interest or other applicable charges. All these rates and charges will be transparent with no hidden fees.
Before confirming the transaction, customers will be shown the applicable:
1. instalment amount;
2. number of instalments;
3. payment dates;
4. interest, instalment rate, fees or other charges, where applicable; and
5. total repayment amount.
Customers must review the complete payment details before accepting the CNPL arrangement. The final payment schedule accepted during checkout will apply to the transaction.
coverMi will not impose any separate undisclosed CNPL charges. Any applicable charges imposed by the selected Payment Provider will be presented during checkout or stated in the Payment Provider’s applicable terms.
Instalment amounts shown in coverMi’s advertisements or promotional materials are estimates or illustrations only. The actual instalment and total repayment amounts may vary depending on the final transaction value, selected plan, applicable charges and rounding adjustments.

Policy Issuance & Road Tax Renewal

An insurance policy will only be issued or activated after:
1. the CNPL application has been approved;
2. any required first payment or initial payment has been successfully completed; and
3. all applicable insurance issuance requirements have been fulfilled.
A road tax renewal will only be processed after the CNPL application has been approved, any required payment has been successfully completed and all applicable renewal requirements have been fulfilled.
Approval, policy issuance and road tax renewal may require additional processing or verification. coverMi does not guarantee instant approval or immediate completion of the transaction.

Payment Obligations & Late Payments

Customers must make all instalment payments in full by the due dates stated in the final payment schedule and maintain a valid payment method with sufficient funds.
Late, missed, unsuccessful or reversed payments may result in late-payment charges, account suspension, collection action or other consequences imposed by the selected Payment Provider.
Applicable late-payment charges and consequences will be governed by the selected Payment Provider’s prevailing terms. Customers must review the relevant late-payment information before confirming the CNPL arrangement.

Cancellations, Amendments & Refunds

The cancellation, amendment or refund of an insurance policy or road tax transaction does not automatically cancel the customer’s outstanding CNPL payment obligations.
Any approved refund will be processed according to the applicable terms of the insurer, coverMi and the selected Payment Provider. The refund may first be applied towards the customer’s outstanding CNPL balance and applicable charges before any remaining amount is returned to the customer.

Combining with Other Promotions

CNPL may be used together with eligible coverMi promotions, discounts or vouchers, subject to the respective terms and conditions of each promotion and the availability of CNPL for the final transaction amount.

Customer Information & Responsibilities

Customers are responsible for ensuring that all information and supporting documents provided to coverMi and the selected Payment Provider are complete, accurate, valid and up to date.

Fraud & Misuse

Any fraudulent activity, false information, impersonation, manipulation, misuse or attempt to abuse CNPL may result in the rejection or cancellation of the application, account restrictions or other action permitted under the applicable terms and law.

Personal Data

Customer information may be collected, used, processed and shared with the selected Payment Provider, insurers, payment processors, verification providers and other relevant parties for purposes including:
1. verifying the customer’s identity;
2. assessing CNPL eligibility;
3. processing the CNPL application;
4. issuing the insurance policy or processing the road tax renewal;
5. administering instalment payments and refunds; and
6. preventing fraud and complying with applicable legal requirements.
Customer information will be handled in accordance with coverMi’s Privacy Policy, the selected Payment Provider’s privacy policy and applicable personal data protection requirements.

Payment Provider Terms & Enquiries

The selected Payment Provider’s terms and conditions, privacy policy, payment schedule, approval criteria, rates, fees and repayment requirements will also apply to the customer’s CNPL arrangement.
For matters relating to application approval, instalment plans, payment collection, late-payment charges, account suspension or repayment arrangements, the selected Payment Provider’s final agreement and prevailing terms will apply.
Customers should contact coverMi for insurance, road tax or coverMi platform-related enquiries. Payment-related enquiries may be referred to the selected Payment Provider through its official customer service channels.

General Terms

coverMi reserves the right to amend, suspend, restrict or discontinue CNPL or these Terms & Conditions where reasonably necessary. Any updates will be communicated through coverMi’s official platforms.
By selecting and confirming CNPL, customers acknowledge that they have:
1. read and understood these Terms & Conditions;
2. reviewed the applicable instalment amount, payment dates, rates, fees and total repayment amount;
3. agreed to the final payment schedule; and
4. accepted the selected Payment Provider’s applicable terms and conditions.
